Why this room

Not a conference.
An intimate, high-signal room.

A hands-on, in-person AI workshop for accounting and bookkeeping firms - at Intuit's Toronto office. YBL and Quanto lead it; Intuit is presenting sponsor and venue, covering the space, lunch, snacks, and swag. Everyone builds the same three things on a supplied sample pack, so nobody is stuck and nothing confidential leaves their office. They walk out with working AI tools they own.

This is the first of a series we're taking across Canada.

The Audience

This is not a casual audience.

Who is actually in the room

This is not a webinar audience. Every attendee arrives with a paid Claude account and the desktop app installed, because the day does not work otherwise. Each build block is roughly half taught from the front and half heads-down on their own laptop, which puts well over an hour of hands-on building into the day. They leave with three things they keep: a firm knowledge Project and two one-click Skills, one for month-end categorization and one for spotting client advisory opportunities.

Fifty accountants and bookkeepers who paid for AI tooling before walking in, and who are actively rebuilding how their firm works. Firm owners, partners and senior staff who make the buying decisions.

The value in the room

The stage is five minutes. The floor is yours all day.

Only three companies get a speaking slot. Every sponsor gets the floor time, where the actual conversations happen.

Doors open at 9:00 AM for 60 minutes of coffee and setup time, when attendees arrive early and are standing around with nothing to do. There is a full lunch break in the middle of the day, then open floor from 2:00 PM onward with the YBL, Quanto and Anderson's team all staying.

That is 80+ minutes of unstructured time with the room, plus the open floor afterwards: 50 firm owners, partners and senior decision-makers, hard capped by the venue.

Everything else - logo placement, signage, swag, banner, recap email, video and being in the room - is included in both tiers.
